My Sickness

I have a sickness, an infection

My body burns with a hellish fire

A color is drained from my skin

My blood boils, threatening to pour

Blisters form all over my body

Dark, bloody pus fills the blisters

I scream and spasm as they burst

Blood showers my bed, splattering

The sheets with a million tiny droplets

The crimson spray will never end

And I will bleed out on my deathbed
