Best thing I have

I remember the first time we’ve met
It sent chills to my spine
That very day I’ll never forget
The day you said, “Will you be mine?”

I felt happiness I felt love and joy
I felt your lips against mine
Suddenly I thought,
“Am I crossin’ my own line?”

As you said, “It’s ok, it’s alright”
I stopped. Coz I didn’t wanna argue, I don’t wanna fight
Then all the girls are jealous of me
Coz you love me and they can’t disagree

I felt your shoulder there for me to cry on
It’s the best times coz someone listens to me
The one who’ll be talking to me on the phone
Are the best things in life really meant to be free?

As I asked myself that same question
Are you given to me to be loved?
Or am I confused by my own imagination?
Are you really the best thing I have?
