Well, now that that's out of the way, I haven't spent a lot of time on original work in a while. (Actually, I haven't spent a lot of time on fanfics since I finished my first long-running one.)

Finally posted new Vampire Knight one-shot over on fanfiction if anyone's interested...and I'm still trying to pull together some regular vampire nonsense for this site too...no definite date on that one.

- I was eating out of a bag of Sam's Choice Pistachios the other day when I noticed there was an allergen warning on the back in bright red. It said, "Warning: contains pistachios."
- There's a box at work that's been sitting in the same spot for a few weeks. On one side, in big, bold letters, it reads, "Made in Japan. Packaged in China." Wouldn't they have to package it in Japan to send it to China? Why do twice the work?
- My karate instructor told me that I need to be "loud and obnoxious." My family cracked up.
